How to build drive on tilt ramps

You never know what you are going to find when going through forums.

I was always interested in having some sort of car lift or something to help me get to beneath the cars but my garage isnt that big and I dont want to spend a lot of cash.
I ended up spending $120AUS on metal and $30AUS on Arc rods and have built this one.
